Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese massage with elastic traction in the treatment of large lumbar disc herniation.Method:Randomly selected 30 patients diagnosed with large lumbar disc herniation were treated by Chinese massage with elastic traction.Recording and analyzing the clinical indexes to assess the therapeutic effect.Result:After treatment,VAS score and JOA score were significantly different from ones before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement rate were (73.26%±20.36%) and (42.38%±26.65%),follow-up,the two scores were not significant difference comparing with scores after treatment(P>0.05). Improving the overall efficacy rate by JOA designated,which markedly effective in 25 cases(83.33%),effective accounted for 3 cases(10.00%),ineffective in 2 cases(6.67%),the total effective rate was 93.33%.Before treatment,the activity of the whole range of cases:flexion and extension(52.41°±10.14°),lateral bending(40.64°±15.53°),rotation(39.98°±16.26°),Activity after treatment were:flexion and extension(71.52°±14.45°),lateral bending(48.56°±12.23°), rotation(46.65°±16.58°),it was significantly different comparing with ones before treatment(P<0.01),but not with follow-up results(P>0.05).Conclusion:Effect of Chinese massage with elastic traction in the treatment of large lumbar disc herniation is significant and stable.关键词
