Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical influence on prognosis of pre-hospital emergency care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and analyze its function value.Method:82 patients with emergency cerebral hemorrhage from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group did not take pre-hospital emergency care,the observation group was given pre-hospital emergency care,counted treatment results and complications of two groups. Result:The treatment effective rate of the Control group was 70.73%,12 patients occurred complications,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,4 patients occurred complications,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, complications were less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pre-hospital emergency care can significantly improvement prognosis quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,it can significantly improve the treatment results of patients,reduce the probability of complications and its is suitable for promotion in clinical using,which should cause the attention of medical health.关键词
