摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with thyroid surgery.Method:100 cases of patients with thyroid surgery in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given the general care management and the experimental group was given the clinical nursing pathway.The preoperative waiting time,hospital stays,score of nursing quality,medical cost and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The research result shows,the preoperative waiting time and hospital stays of the experimental group were both shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and its score of nursing quality was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),its medical cost was obviously less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and its nursing satisfaction was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway has a good clinical efficacy in patients with thyroid surgery,which can effective short the preoperative waiting time and hospital stays,improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction ,reduce the medical cost,it should be widely applied in clinical application.关键词
