Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with nimodipine on patients with cerebral vasospasm after brain injury.Method:50 cases of patients with cerebral vasospasm after brain injury were selected from March 2013 to March 2015,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given nimodipine,the observation group were received Xingnaojing injection combined with nimodipine.Glasgow coma score(GCS),the middle cerebral artery(MCA)peak systolic velocity(Vp)and short-term effec were observed in two goups.Result:The GCS in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group after 5,10 d’s treatment(P<0.05).After treatment of two weeks,MCA Vp in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection significantly improved the efficacy of nimodipine on patients with cerebral vasospasm after brain injury.关键词
