补中益气汤联合四物汤治疗剖宫产术后便秘疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction in treatment of constipation after cesarean section.Method:84 patients after cesarean section with constipation in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected,and they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction,the control group was treated with Congrongtongbian oral liquid,at the same time the two groups were used the adjuvant therapy such as diet movement,the curative effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The rate of turn in the treatment group was 90.5%,which was significantly higher than 73.8% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Siwu Decoction in treatment of constipation after cesarean section is clear,so it is worth for further clinical promotion.关键词
