Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping Injection on children with acute bronchitis.Method:124 cases of clinical data of children with acute bronchitis were analysized retrospectively from June 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital.Among them,the control group of 62 cases of patients were taking conventional therapy,and observed group of 62 cases of patients were implemented in Xiyanping Injection treatment on the basis of the conventional manner,the clinical efficacy of two groups of children,clinical symptoms disappeared time and other indicators were observed.Result:After the system of medicinal treatment,the children of observation group total effective rate was 96.77%,significantly better than children in the control group(75.81%),there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).And the clinical signs were improved,the observation group of children with fever,cough,sputum and other indicators of pulmonary rales disappeared time,compared with the control group,there were a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,8 cases of children in the control group occurred mild diarrhea,the rate was 12.90%,group of children observed 1 cases of mild diarrhea,the rate was 1.61%,there were no other serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Xiyanping Injection on children with acute bronchitis has a significant effect,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of the children’s condition,help the prognosis,and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
