糖尿病肾病维持胰岛素治疗患者血液透析中低血糖原因分析和护理
Analysis and Nursing of the Causes of Hypoglycemia in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy in Hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the causes of hypoglycemia in the maintenance of diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis, and to explore the nursing intervention.Method:88 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as research objects who treated with insulin therapy.According to the different nursing methods,88 patients were divided into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (Adopt nursing intervention),44 cases in each group.In the two groups,the patients were completed 200 times of hemodialysis,and the low blood sugar and the satisfaction of nursing in the hemodialysis were analyzed.Result:In the observation group,14 times of hypoglycemia occurred in 200 times,accounting for 7.0%; the control group was 47 times of hypoglycemia events,accounting for 23.5%,the incidence of hypoglycemia events in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence in different time periods of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%, while the control group was 88.64%, the satisfaction rate was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The main causes of hypoglycemia in patients with inadequate nutritional intake and insufficient insulin dosage.During hemodialysis treatment,it should be strengthen the intervention diet of the patients,closely monitor their vital signs,and this beneficial to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.关键词
