Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of prenatal immune detection project in a regular examination to the eugenics.Method:863 cases of pregnant women between 10 to 22 weeks in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were tested about HBV, HCV, HIV, TP, TOX, RV, CMV, HSV,and Statistical infection positive rate counted up the positive rate of infection.Result:The total positive rate of 863 cases of pregnant women was 18.19%.The positive rate of HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV,anti-HCV,TP-IgM,TOX-IgM,RV-IgM,CMV-IgM,HSV-1-IgM,HSV-2-IgM were respectively 13.21%,0.46%,0.23%,1.04%,0.69%,1.51%,0.23%,0.23%,0.58%,the infection rate of HBV was significantly higher than that of HCV(P<0.05);the infection rate of RRP was significantly higher than that of HIV(P<0.05); the infection rate of RV was significantly higher than those of TOX, CMV, HSV(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the prenatal immune detection project in a regular examination,is good for early detection,and diagnosis of targeted or stopped of pregnancy,in order to ensured health of maternal and child,and improve the birth rate.关键词
