Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in different usage in repeated painless abortion,Mifepristone and Misoprostol for different usage in the application of repeated painless abortion operation to provide scientific theoretical support.Method:From January 2013 to December 2014 to our hospital painless abortion twice of the clinical data of 150 patients were retrospectively analyzed,and were randomly divided into A,B,C group,50 cases in each group.Patients in A group in the preoperative late 20∶00 oral Mifepristone 100 mg.Patients in group B after 2 h in preoperative vaginal fornix placing Misoprostol 400 μg.Patients in C group with preoperative late 20∶00 oral Mifepristone 100 mg,on the basis of preoperative 2 h in sublingual administering Misoprostol 400 μg,observing mifepristone and misoprostol different uses for repeated painless abortion surgery in patients with preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative effect,etc.Result:A,B,C three groups of patients in the cervix softening anesthetic effect,postoperative cervical conglutination of comparative differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05).In C group preoperative gastrointestinal discomfort,operation time,intraoperative blood loss compared with A,B group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Postoperative vaginal bleeding time of A group compared with B and C group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mifepristone compatibility Misoprostol in repeated effect in the painless abortion is better than that of Mifepristone and Misoprostol used alone,is worth popularizing in high-risk abortion in further applications.关键词
