摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the changes of hs-CRP levels in patients with coronary heart disease after take oral C Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets.Method:200 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy, the treatment group based on the control group added the Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, after two months of treatment, the hs-CRP levels of the two groups were detected before and after medication.Result:After treatment, the hs-CRP levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);before treatment,the hs-CRP levels of the two groups were compared,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05); after treatment,the hs-CRP level of the treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The Adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets can reduce the high sensitive C-reactive protein level in vivo in patients with coronary heart disease, and can improve the therapeutic effect of drugs.关键词
