股份合作视域下校企合作共建共享实训基地推进路径
On Practical Ways to Accelerate School-enterprise Cooperative Practice Training Base:A Perspective of “Five in One” Joint-Stock Pattern

Abstract
Single investor, inflexible investment approach, aging governance mechanism and backward personnel training mode are the problems during the operation process of accelerating school-enterprise cooperative training base. Establishing a modern corporate governance system meets implied needs of the development of school-enterprise cooperative training base in a market economy, and it is also an effective way to solve the problems during the process of school-enterprise cooperation to build training base. This paper suggests a “Five-in-One” joint-stock pattern with government, schools, enterprises, teachers and students together. The interior governance pattern reform is proposed to push forward a corporate governance structure of the school-enterprise co-built training base, with characteristics of “clear defined power and responsibilities, well-coordinated, and effective checks and balances”.关键词
