现代学徒制框架下职业教育人才培养模式建构探讨
On the Construction of Talent Training Mode of Vocational Education under the Modern Apprenticeship Framework

Abstract
With the national economic restructuring and industrial upgrading,the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship can play an important role in cultivating high-skilled talents. To link talents cultivation with vocational standards under the modern apprenticeship, it is necessary to change the recruitment subject from single school to the group of school and enterprise, establish the organizational structure from central government, local governments and implementing subject, reconstruct the curriculum system, optimize teaching staff and training condition, and establish the diverse evaluation mechanism.关键词
