On the Situation of Employment Quality of Graduates from Higher Vocational Colleges and the Promoting Approach
摘要
Abstract
As China to speed up the development of modern vocational education, the employment of higher vocational college graduates becomes the important content of the construction of the modern vocational education system. Improving the employment quality of higher vocational college graduates is the urgent task of vocational education development in the future. The employment quality of higher vocational college graduates is not optimistic on the whole, there is plenty of room for improvement. Higher vocational colleges should improve specialization level of employment guidance team, attach great importance to launching career planning education and promote the reasonable employment distribution of graduates, so as to improve employment quality of graduates.关键词
