抗战时期影响西康省职业教育发展的因素研究
Analysis on Factors Influencing the Development of Vocational Education in Xikang during Anti-Japanese War
摘要
Abstract
During the Anti-Japanese War, the vocational education in Xikang province had a great development in co-operative efforts from various governments and associations and patriots, with the guideline of "Keep the normal education during the wartime as usual" presented by National Government. And it formed a system of three-level occupational education, focused on the secondary level. However, as for the gross development of occupational education in Xikang, it couldn't develop completely and it was affected and constrained by the economy, the politics and the culture as well as the nature, the population. These factors interacted and connected with one another, which restrain the normal vocational education there.关键词
