Abstract
The working-integrated learning monitorial system is a talents cultivating model to promote the work-integrated learning and strengthen the integration of teaching, learning and training. Jiangshan Secondary Specialized School of Zhejiang province has established the talents cultivating model of "honor student-monitor-mentor"and"student-prospective employee-qualified employee", and constructed the skilled talents cultivating mechanism with the supporting of base constructing, talents sharing, course co-researching and class co-operating.关键词
