Abstract
This paper expounds on necessity of conducting collective interdisciplinary teaching preparation in higher educational institutions. Reforming teaching concepts, increasing teaching quality, integrating educational resources should be done so as to promote mutual progress in teaching and researching, and accelerate teachers ' professional development. Such practice carried out in the School of preclinical Medicine of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is introduced with writers'considerations.关键词
