Optimization of Extraction Process of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis by Central Composite Design-response Surface Methodology

Abstract
Objective:To optimize extraction process of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis by central composite design-response surface methodology.Methods:Water was chose as the extraction solvent and the effect of three factors such as solvent-solid ratio,extraction time and times was designed by Box-Behnken central composite,taking the content of berberine hydrochloride as evaluation indicator.Extraction process was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology.Results:The optimizing extraction process of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis were as follows:ratio of liquid to solid was 8:1,extraction repeated 3 times,90 minutes every time.The yield of berberine hydrochloride under this condition was 32.15 mg·g -1.Conclusion:Optimizing extraction process of Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis by central composite design-response surface methodology is reasonable,simple,and has good predictability.关键词
