摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the influence of different methods of processing for semen cuscutae on fatty oil content . Methods:Take the medicine in semen cuscutae crushed into coarse powder and respectively use different methods such as salt,wine,fry,boil for processing with parallel three parts .Determinate the content of fatty oil by Soxhlet extraction meth-od.Compare and analyze the influence of different methods of processing for semen cuscutae on fatty oil content .Re-sults:The content of fatty oil of salt products was up to 7.13%,which was followed by the wine products with 6.76%and fried products with 5.25%.The lowest content of fatty oil was boiled products with only 4.82%and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fatty oil content is different through different processing meth-ods.Use the fatty oil content to evaluate the processed products of semen cuscutae .Doctors in clinic can also control the content of fatty oil in order to control the clinically curative effect .
