Abstract
Objective:To study Tongxinluo capsules combined with routine western medicine therapy in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris , and to provide reference for clinic .Methods:Select 90 cases of unstable angina patients ,and they were randomly divided into a control group (45 cases) and a treatment group (45 cases).Two groups according to the actual situation were given conventional western medicine treatment ,and the treatment group was added by Tongxin-luo capsules .The clinical efficacy , the number of attacks and the duration , blood rheology changes were observed .Re-sults:In the control group after treatment ,the total effective rate was 75 .6%,and in the treatment group it was 95 .6%, and the treatment group had a significant difference compared with the control group ( P<0 .05 );in two groups among the patients the angina attack frequency and duration were significantly higher than those before treatment ( P<0 .05 ) group ,and the degree of improvement in the treatment group had a significant difference compared with the control group ( P<0 .05 );blood rheology index of patients in two groups was higher than that before treatment and there was a signifi -cant difference (P<0.05);the degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly different compared with that the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:Based on the conventional western medicine treatment ,Tongxinluo cap-sules for patients with unstable angina pectoris have a significant effect ,and have a good treatment efficacy ,which have a great clinical significance .关键词
