不同产地菊苣对鹌鹑高尿酸、高甘油三脂症并腹型肥胖的药效比较研究
Pharmacodynamics of Cichorium intybus L.from Different Origins on Hyperuricemia and Hypertriglycre idemia and Abdominal Obesity
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study Cichorium intybus L.from different origins for lowering uric acid and reducing triglycerides and abdominal fat.Methods:Quails were used in the experiment and high purine diet was used to induce hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia and abdominal obesity model.Give chicory extracts from 10ori-ginsa,nd biochemically test UA , TG, BUN and CRE levels in the serum, and weigh abdominal fat in the last week.Results:Chicory extracts from different origins showed different levels of efficacy on lowering uric acid and reducing triglycerides and abdominal fat.Conclusion:Cichorium intybus L.from Changji,Xinjiang shows a prominent efficacy on lowering uric acid and reducing triglycerides and abdominal fat.关键词
