肠愈宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎(湿热蕴结兼脾虚型)临床观察
Clinical Observation of Chang Yu Ning Granules in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis ( Damp-heat Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type)
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Chang Yu Ning granules on treating ulcerative colitis.Meth-ods:41 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into a treatment group with 21 cases and a control group with 20 cases.The treatment group received Chang Yu Ning granules combined with Etiasa and the con-trol group only received Etiasa for the treatnent.The inflammatory activity index and endoscopic mucosa were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group the inflammatory activity index was signifi-cantly better than that in the control group ( P<0.05);in the treatment group the colonoscopy change was su-perior to that in the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Chang Yu Ning granules could treat ulcerative co-litis effectively.关键词
