我国产学研协同创新机制优化路径研究
On Optimization Countermeasure for Industry -Academy -Research Collaborative Innovation Mechanism in China
摘要
Abstract
Industry -Academy -Research collaborative innovation is an important form of innovation.In recent years,though there is a gradual improving on the system of IAR collaborative innovation chain,incentive evalua-tion,combination of technology and finance and the open sharing of resources,China still has a long way to go for a sound legal system,mechanisms of organization and coordination,information communication,the incentive constraints and investment and financing.Therefore,in order to promote the good development of IAR collabora-tive innovation,we need to establish trust evaluation for the main body,extra management,harmonious interac-tion,finance mechanisms as well as external environment of collaborative IAR innovation.关键词
