披针叶黄华碱对奶牛子宫内膜炎病原菌增殖的影响
Effect of Thermopsis lanceolata Alkaloids on Pathogenic Bacteria Prolifeeration of Dairy Cow Endometritis
摘要
Abstract
To understand effects of Thermopsis lanceolata alkaloid on pathogenic bacteria proliferation in vitro of Dairy Cow Endometritis,20 samples of uterus secretions from 20 dairy cows with clinical puerperal metritis were adopted to isolate and identify pathogenic bacteria by the morphological and biochemical characteristics of bacteria and the aerobic and anaerobic cultivation.The results showed that infection rate was 100%,totally 68 strains of 4 species of pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified,including he-molytic Streptococcus 20.5%,non-hemolytic Streptococcus 14.7%,E .coli 55.8%,Salmonella 9.0%.The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)wasused to determine the antibacterial activities.The results showed that total alkaloids of Thermopsis lanceolata ,thermopsine,argintine had similar antibacterial activ-ities,non-hemolytic Streptococcus was most sensitive,with MIC of 15.63 mg/mL-62.5 mg/mL,followed by Salmonella ,with MIC of 31.25 mg/mL-125 mg/mL,E .coli with MIC of 62.5.25 mg/mL-250 mg/mL, hemolytic Streptococcus with MIC of 125 mg/mL-500 mg/mL.Sparteine has no antibacterial activity.关键词
