朱砂七多糖对雏鸡十二指肠组织形态的影响
Effects of Polygonum cillinerve Polysaccharides on Duodenum Histology of Chickens
摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the effect of Polygonum cillinerve polysaccharides (PCP)on duodenum histology, the chickens were administrated with low dose(0.3 g/kg),middle dose(0.5 g/kg),and high dose (0.7 g/kg)of PCP by drinking water supplementation respectively,then the histological structure of duode-num,distribution of both intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL),goblet cells in mucosa and mast cells in whole intestinal wall were observed by using common histological technologies on days 7,14 and 21 after the PCP treatment.The results showed that PCP could increase the villum height (VH)and the ratio of villum height to crypt depth (VH/CD),and decrease the crypt depth (CD).In addition,PCP could in-crease the number of intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL),goblet cells (GC)in mucosa and mast cells (MC) in whole intestinal wall.The results indicated that PCP possessed the role of prompting duodenum devel-opment and enhancing intestinal mucosal immunity in chickens.关键词
