摘要

Abstract

Effects of trace elements on the mycelial growth rate and activities of some enzymes related to substrate degradation of Hypsizigus marmoreus were explored under different cultivation conditions by addition of six trace elements in enriched PDA media and production media. The results showed some metal ions ( Mn2+, Ca2+, Mo6+and Fe2+) could significantly accelerate the mycelial growth in enriched PDA media with the concentration of 100, 60, 500 and 100 mg?L-1 , respectively. Adding Fe2+and Cu2+in pro-duction media had remarkable promoting effects on mycelial growth. Zinc ion inhibited the growth of mycelia when it was added to production media. Copper ion supplementation ( 100 mg?kg-1 ) in production media was most beneficial to the activities of laccase, manganese peroxidase and lignin peroxidase ( reaching 39.83, 19.17 and 9.58 U?mL-1 , respectively) . However, there were no sig-nificant effects of all trace elements on the activities of cellulase and xylanase. It suggested that different trace elements had different effects on the mycelial growth of H.marmoreus and the activities of its related enzyme in different substrates.
