Abstract
Establishing National Park System is an important reform task determined by the third plenary session of the 18th Communist Party of China. National Scenic and Historic Area System use the experience of the foreign national park system since the creation. So it has a very good base of system and practice. Comparative study on National Scenic and Historic Area System and National Park System, has a positive meaning to support the reform task. The paper deifnes concept and connotation of National Park, analyses orientation and goal of China national park, contrasts commonality and differences between National Scenic and Historic Area System and National Park System, discusses standard of China National Park and National Park System, plan, pilot, legislation and other issues.关键词
