深圳市某区医护人员HIV/AIDS职业暴露防治知识知晓率及职业防护调查分析
Awareness and occupational protection of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure in medical staff at a district in Shenzhen

Abstract
Objective To provide some references for making some prevention strategies of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure for the medical staff at our district understanding the awareness rate,occupational protection situation and report after occupational exposure about HIV/AIDS occupational exposure of the medical staff at a district in Shenzhen.Methods Stratified sampling method was used.A self-administered anonymous questionnaires survey was conducted in 764 medical staff.Results The overall awareness rate of prevention knowledge about HIV/AIDS occupational exposure in the medical staff at our district was 72.15％.The staff in public hospitals acquired knowledge about HIV / AIDS occupational exposure and awareness of postexposure prophylaxis better than the staff in community health service center and private hospital (P ＜0.01).The occupational protection consciousness was generally weak and the report rate after occupational exposure was extremely low in the medical staff at our district.Conclusion The cognition in HIV / AIDS occupational exposure should be improved in medical staff.关键词
