广州老年人非酒精性脂肪肝的流行情况及其与代谢综合征的关系

Abstract
Objective To understand the morbidity of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in the elderly in Guangzhou and its relationship with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods The data of 1103 physical examinees older than 60 were statistically analyzed.Results The morbidity of NAFLD in the elderly in Guangzhou was 29.8％ and was higher in female than in male (38.2％ vs.22.4％,P ＜ 0.001).(2) The morbidities of overweight/obesity,abdominal obesity,hypertension,dyslipidosis,hyperglycemia,and MS were significantly higher in the NAFLD group than in the non-NAFLD group (P ＜ 0.005);body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipid cholesterol (LDL-C),alanine transaminase (ALT),and uric acid(UA) significantly increased and high-density lipid cholesterol (HDL-C) markedly decreased in elderly male patients with NAFLD (P＜ 0.05);there were no statistical differences in FPG,TC,and UA in female (P＞ 0.05).(3) Multiple factors regression analysis showed that high TG levels most closely correlated with NAFLD in elderly male(OR=2.213) and waist circumference in female(OR=3.074).Conclusions In elderly patients with NAFLD obvious characteristics of MS components assemble.NAFLD closely correlates with MS.关键词
