摘要
Abstract
Except for motor symptoms, non-motor symptoms (NMS), such as olfactory, sleep, neuropsychiatric autonomic dysfunctions, also have a great impact on the life of Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients. The neuropathobiology mechanism of NMS is unclear up to now, the onset time of NMS are differ with a complicated classification. Clarify the pathophysiology, recognizing and treating NMS will facilitate early diagnosis and provide more effective preventive and therapeutic options of this devastating disease.关键词
