Abstract
Objective To explore the mechanism of how Xueshuantong improving the function of hypoxia‐injured cerebral vascular endothelial cells .Methods The cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells in vitro were selected as research sub ‐jects ,which were divided into the control group (only including normal endothelial cells) ,Xueshuantong group (normal endo‐thelial cells + Xueshuantong ) ,hypoxia group (simulated hypoxic endothelial cells) and hypoxia Xueshuantong group (Xue‐shuantong + stimulated hypoxic endothelial cells ) .The endothelial cell activity of all groups was observed using the kit uses CCK‐8 ,and the condition of endothelial cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometric method .Results Compared with the control group ,as time went on ,the activity of endothelial cells was gradually increased following the Xueshuantong application to the cultivation of endothelial cells .Hypoxia group decreased the activity of endothelial cells ,which were advanced at each point after the Xueshuantong intervention and peaked at 24 hours .Compared with hypoxia group ,hypoxia Xueshuantong group had obviously lower apoptosis rate of endothelial cells ,which was markedly elevated after the inhibitory expression of HIF by hypoxia‐inducible factors ,and was increased once again after Xueshuantong intervention finally .As noted ,the apoptosis rate was significantly lower than that before Xueshuantong intervention .Conclusion Xueshuantong can significantly improve the activity of injured vascular endothelial cells induced by hypoxia ,and can inhibit the cell apoptosis when under the state of con‐tinuous hypoxia .The specific molecular mechanism remains to be investigated further .关键词
