中药熏蒸加局部外敷治疗特发性面神经麻痹疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of herbal fumigation combination with local external therapy on idiopathic facial paralysis. Methods One handred and forty‐eight cases meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into study group and control group. In addition to conventional western medicine therapy for two groups ,the study group received herbal fumigation and local external therapy.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of study group were 90% and 97.5% re‐spectively ,which were 42.65% and 79.41% in the control group. From this ,in terms of efficacy ,statistical difference was observed between two groups (P< 0.05). Additionally ,the course of therapy showed statistical difference between two groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion The therapy of herbal fumigation combination with local external treatment may not only improve effi ‐cacy in idiopathic facial paralysis patients ,but also shorten the treatment course.关键词
