Professor SHAO Ming in treating biliary diseases
摘要
Abstract
Professor SHAO Ming considered that the causes of cholecystitis, gallstones are divided into external and in-ternal factors. External factors often due to improper diet such as eating Feigan spicy,or because the feeling caused by damp heat evil;internal are not smooth emotions such as rage,depression etc. These can affect the function of the liver,which makes bile obstruction. Professor Shao Ming believes that“liver stem”,intrahepatic small dry clouds, not the normal liver qi,liver qi stagnation and heat,and the heat in blood stasis,qi stagnation for a long time,even with damp heat stasis consistency,gradually formed sand. The clinical symptoms often showed recurrent right upper abdominal pain or flank pain,discomfort,and radiation to the right shoulder and back pain,cholelithiasis is more se-vere,or with skin and sclera jaundice,fever and other performance. The symptoms of hepatolithiasis patients often emphasize and stubborn,treatment is more difficult.关键词
