固本助阳方治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭
Gu Ben Zhu Yang Fang in treating chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Gu Ben Zhu Yang Fang in treating the syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney in Chronic Heart Failure. Methods The 60 patients were divided randomly into experimental group and control group equally. These two groups were dosed with routine anti CHF treatment,including digoxin tablets 0. 125 mg,1 time / d;hydrogen chloride tablets 25 mg,1 time / d;spironolactone tablets 20 mg,1 time /d and metoprolol tartrate tablets 6. 25 mg,2 times/ d. The experimental group was dosed with Gu Ben Zhu Yang Fang on the basic treatment. The prescription is as follows:Zhifuzi 15 g,Renshen 10 g,Baizhu 15 g,Fulingpi 20 g,Fuling 20 g,Baishao 15 g,Ganjiang 9 g,Danggui 12 g,Chuanxiong 12 g,Guizhi 9 g,Tinglizi 15 g,Shudihuang 12 g,Sanqifen 3 g,Zhigancao 6 g. Evaluation of cardiac function(NYHA)and NT-proBNP testing were performed before and after treatment. Echocardiography was detected stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF). 6 minutes walking test was performed to evaluate exercise tolerance. Results The cardiac function of the experimental group was significantly improved(P < 0. 05). The total effective rate was 86. 7% inexperimental group while 63. 3% in control group. The SV,CO,CI and LVEF of experimental group in-creased significantly(P < 0. 05). The SV of the experimental group was(67. 65 ± 4. 70)mL while(59. 32 ± 4. 30) mL in control group. The LVEF of experimental group was(54. 25 ± 4. 38)% while(47. 61 ± 5. 22)% in control group. The level of NT-proBNP of experimental group decreased significantly(P < 0. 05)which(442. 18 ± 90. 53) pg / mL in experimental group and(688. 50 ± 107. 23)pg / mL in control group. The tolerance in the experimental group was improved during the 6 minutes walking test(P <0. 05)which(369. 03 ±16. 84)m experimental group and (348. 5 ±10. 46)m control group. Conclusion Gu Ben Zhu Yang Fang combined with routine anti CHF treatment has curative effect and good safety on the syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney in Chronic Heart Failure.关键词
