清热利湿开闭法治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of method of clearing heat and removing dampness and Kaibi in treatment of pneumonia asthma. Methods Dividing 60 pediatric pnemonia patients into 2 groups stochastically,treatment group and control group,30 cases respectively. Treatment group received Qingfei Particles orally. Control group received Cefmetazole or Xiyanping injection,and given symptomatic treatment 7 days for a course,the main symptoms,integral main symptoms disappeared after treatment time,clinical efficacy and laboratory indicators of change were observed af-ter a course. Results Treatment group is better than control group(P < 0. 05)in fever,cough,phlegm,lung auscul-tation disappearance durations and laboratory indicators of change(CRP,ESR).(P < 0. 05). After treatment,in the two groups rate of total efftct were also statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The method of clearing heat and removing dampness and Kaibi on pediatric pneumonia asthma can eliminate the inflammation(CRP,ESR),im-prove the clinical symptoms,increase the curative rate.关键词
