中药方剂对寻常型银屑病患者外周血 Th17细胞相关细胞因子的影响
Chinese medicine formulae on Th17 related cytokines in peripheral blood in patients with psoriasis vulgaris
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relation of self-made traditional Chinese medicine with Th17 related cytokines in the peripheral blood in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 20 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were admitted in our department from April,2013 to April,2015 were included in the study. The self-made traditional Chinese medicine was used for treatment. The expression levels of Th17 related cytokines,i. e. IL-17,IL-17F,IL-21, IL-22,before and after treatment were detected. Results The mRNA expression levels of IL-17,IL-17F,IL-21,and IL-22 in PBMC after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Th17 related cytokines are correlated with psoriasis vulgaris. Self-made traditional Chinese medicine can treat psoriasis vul-garis probably by inhibiting the activation of Th17 cells and down regulating mRNA levels of IL-17,IL-17F,IL-21,and IL-22,so that the goal of effective treatment can be achieved. Clinical detection of mRNA levels of IL-17,IL-17F,IL-21,and IL-22 can be served as the immunological indicators for the progression and prognosis of psoriasis vulgaris.关键词
