蜂胶总黄酮滴丸的高分辨液质联用分析研究
HPLC-HRMS analysis of propolis total flavonoids dripping pills
摘要
Abstract
Objective To elucidate the chemical basis for propolis total flavonoids dripping pills(PTFDP). Methods PTFDP were detected via HPLC-HRMS while determining unknown compounds through reference compounds,mo-lecular weight and MS fragmentation rules. Results After analysis,the major components of PTFDP were determined to be kaempferol,pinocembrin,pinobanksin-3-O-acetate,galangin and chrysin. Conclusion HPLC - HRMS was proved to be effective and accurate in the characterization of main chemical components in unknown extracts. Hence this technology would be a promising strategy for the quality control of PTFDP.关键词
