清热化痰法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重痰热郁（蕴）肺证研究进展

摘要
Abstract
Objective To summary the research progress of clearing heat and resolving phlegm in treating AECOPD syndrome of phlegm - heat obstructing lung. Methods Analysis the clinical and experiment research of clearing heat and resolving phlegm in treating AECOPD syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung in recent years. Results TCM holds that the disease belong to the category of“ lung expansion”,during the acute exacerbation the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung appears more,the decoction of Chinese medicine and the Chinese patent drugs in the treatment of AECOPD syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung have a better effect. Conclusion The method of clearing heat and resolving phlegm in treating AECOPD syndrome of phlegm - heat obstructing lung reduce high air-way mucus secretion,inhibit inflammation response;have effect of antibiotics;inhibition of oxidative stress.关键词
