鸦胆子油乳剂联合放疗治疗脑恶性胶质瘤的疗效观察
Efficacy of brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with radiotherapy on malignant gliomas

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of brucea javanica oil emulsion in the treatment of malignant brain glioma.Methods 33 patients with brain gliomas after surgery were randomly divided into observation group(Brucea javanica oil emulsion plus radiotherapy) and control group( temozolomide plus radiotherapy ) .Observation and comparison of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,1 year,2 year survival rate,toxic side effects as well as the improvement of the quality of life.Results In the observation group and the control group of patients with treatment of recent efficiency were 58.8% and 62.5%,no statistical significance ( P=1.000).1 years,2 year survival rate were no significant difference.The observation group Karnofsky scores improvement and in the control group(P<0.05).Observed the adverse reactions of the two groups total incidence rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with radiotherapy is a safe and effective therapy for malignant glioma patients.关键词
