静脉溶栓联合介入治疗急性脑梗死的疗效
Combination of intravenous thrombolysis and interventional experience in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis combined with interventional therapy for acute cerebral infarction.Method 24 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction, according to the economicability of patients and voluntarily divided into the observation group with 9 cases and control group with 15 cases.The observation group underwent intravenous thrombolysis combined with interventional therapy,meanwhile, the control group took the simple intravenous thrombolytic therapy.The occlusive vascular recanalization ( TIMI) , the rate of postoperative intracranial hemorrhage symptoms and quality of life score after 3 months ( mRS) , 3 months after the surgery mortality rate were compared.Results The observation group before and after treatment of TIMIⅡandⅢgrade 64.5% flow was significantly higher than that of the control group 37.3% (P <0.05).Symptomatic intracranialhemorrhage rate in observation group was 16.1% and in the control group was 9.28%(P>0.05),the mortality rate was 6.5%in the observation group and the control group 3.9% (P>0.05).3 months postoperative quality of life score was 61.3% in observation group,which was better than than in control group 37.3% ( P<0. 05).Conclusion The intravenous thrombolysis combined with interventional therapy in acute cerebral infarction can be significantly improved the re-pass rate of the occluded vessel, and improve the patients quality of life, but does not increase the morbidity and mortality of postoperative intracranial hemorrhage.关键词
