蜂巢活塞板力学等效仿真分析OACSCDCSTPCD
Simulation analysis on mechanical properties of honeycomb board
蜂巢板独特的结构使其具有较高的比弹性率(E/ρ),在大尺寸活塞辐射换能器中具有重要的应用价值,但蜂巢数量巨大使其在有限元仿真中所耗电脑资源很大,甚至得不到结果.以蜂巢活塞板为研究对象,对比研究了单层等效板和三层等效板,分析了蜂巢密度对力学性能的影响,提出了蜂巢板分析的力学等效模型,进一步得到了蜂巢板受力变形公式,获取了力学相似模型.研究结果表明:三层等效板更适合蜂巢板等效分析,蜂巢板形变量和蜂巢密度反相关,相似模型对比显示最大误差仅为1.62%.…查看全部>>
