大孔树脂共吸附固定葡聚糖脂肪酶催化合成香茅酯
Co-immobilization of dextran and Candida rugosa lipase on macroporous resin and synthesis of citronellyl esters

Abstract
Lipase and dextran were co⁃immobilized on a macroporous resin synchronously,the influence on co⁃immobilization of dextran was investigated and the immobilized lipase was used as the catalyst for the synthesis of citronellyl laurate. As a result,the co⁃immobilization of dextran with final concentration of 0�75 mg/mL during the immobilization procedure improved enzyme activity recovery and thermal stability,the esterification rate reached 95�3%after 10 h,when 1 U of immobilized lipase was dosed and the reaction was carried out at 50℃ in the solvent⁃free system with the molar ratio of lauric acid to citronellol of 1∶1. More importantly,the reaction time could be further shortened to 6 h by adding dextran T⁃20 (Mw=2×104) and T⁃40 (Mw=4×104) with final concentration of 0�75 mg/mL during the immobilization procedure,and the relative activity of immobilized lipase was still above 75% after ten recycles.关键词
