摘要

Abstract

Cellulase was applied to extract polysaccharide from Cyathula officinalis Kuan. Factors influencing particle size of the herb, the concentration of cellulase, enzyme treatment temperature and time, solvent pH value, liquid to solid ratio and extractive duration were studied. The optimal conditions were verified by the orthogonal experiment. The optimum extracting parameters were as follows:particle size 550 to 830 μm,enzyme concentration 4 mg/g, temperature 50 ℃,enzyme treatment time 90 min, pH=5�0,the liquid to solid ratio 60, extractive duration 30 min. Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharide from Cyathula officinalis Kuan was 71�70%.
