Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of hemoifltration in patients with severe choronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).MethodFrom May 2013 to May 2012, 80 cases of severe COPD patients in our hospital ICU were selected as the research objects. All the patients received hemofiltration on the basis of conventional treatment. Compared the changes with the patient's symptoms, electrolytes, pH changes and disease outcomes of the situation before and after hemoifltration.ResultAll the patients heart rates signiifcantly declined after hemoifltration, blood oxygen pressure (PaO2) and HCO3- were signiifcantly higher than before hemoifltration, blood carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr), B type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were significantly decreased than before hemoifltration (P<0.05). Serum chloride, calcium and blood pH were signiifcantly increased compared with before hemoifltration (P<0.05), blood potassium recovered to normal range. After hemoifltration, 67 cases (83.75%) were discharged, 9 cases for their own reasons did not complete treatment, 4 cases died, the mortality rate was 5.00%.ConclusionHemoifltration can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with severe COPD and prognosis, has a signiifcant effect, worthy of clinical application.关键词
