Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical efifcacy and complications of minimally invasive McKeown in the treatment of middle-lower esophageal carcinoma.MethodThe clinical data of 90 patients with middle-lower esophageal carcinoma who received treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2014 were reviewed, and were divided into two groups (each group with 45 cases) according to the different treatment method. Patients in control group underwent left chest-neck incision approach esophagectomy, while patients in study group underwent minimally invasive McKeown surgery. The clinical efifcacy and complications of the two groups were compared.ResultThe operation time of the two groups showed no signiifcant difference (P>0.05), the amount of bleeding in study group was less than control group (P<0.01), the number of lymph node dissection in study group was more than control group (P<0.05), the drainage time and length of stay of study group were shorter than control group (P<0.05); incidence of pneumonia, pulmonary atelectasis, anastomotic leakage, pleural effusion, recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in study group were signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The eradication rate in study group was signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05), the recurrence rate was signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05).ConclusionMinimally invasive McKeown surgery has signiifcant clinical curative effect in the treatment of middle-lower esophageal carcinoma, which can reduce the incidence of complications including pneumonia, pulmonary atelectasis, anastomotic leakage, which also has the advantage of higher eradication rate, quicker recovery and lower recurrence rate.关键词
