Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the correlations between the levels of serum SCCA, CA125, CA19-9 and staging of cervical cancer.Method40 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2014 were included in study group, another 40 cases of healthy physical examination during the same period were included in control group. The serum levels of SCCA, CA125 and CA19-9 were compared between the two groups, and the levels of serum CA19-9, CA125 and SCCA of patients with different clinical stage, histological grade and pathological grade were compared in study group.ResultThe serum SCCA, CA125, CA19-9 levels of study group were signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05); the above three indicators levels of study group increased with clinical stage increasing and grade decreasing (P<0.05), the SCCA level of adenocarcinoma patients in study group was significantly lower than squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05), the CA125, CA19-9 levels were signiifcantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05). The positive rate of serum SCCA of adenocarcinoma patients in study group was signiifcantly lower than squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05), the positive rates of CA125, CA19-9 were significantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05).ConclusionSerum levels of SCCA, CA125 and CA19-9 are signiifcantly positive correlated with the staging of cervical cancer.关键词
