摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical curative effect of lacrimal passage retrograde intubation procedure in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Method64 patients (72 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis from April 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were given lacrimal passage retrograde intubation procedure, average time of operation, curative effect and prognosis were observed and recorded.Result64 patients were successfully completed operation, the average time of operation was (26.34±4.12) min, there were no intraoperative serious complications; after 6 months follow-up, all patients had good prognosis, the total effective rate was 97.22%.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of lacrimal passage retrograde intubation procedure in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis is satisifed, and operation is relatively convenient, it can signiifcantly improve the prognosis, worthy to be popularized.关键词
