摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare the clinical curative effects of transurethral vaporization of prostate and transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.MethodFrom February 2008 to February 2014, 155 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients treated in the department of urinary surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the different treatments, they were divided into observation group (74 cases) and control group (81 cases). Patients in control group were treated with transurethral resection of prostate, patients in observation group were treated with transurethral vaporization of prostate. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative washing operation time, indwelling catheter time, hospitalization time, incidence of complications, before and after operation of residual urine volume, international prostate symptom score and quality of life score between the two groups were analyzed and compared.ResultThe operation time, blood loss, postoperative washing operation time, indwelling catheter time, hospitalization time in observation group were signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.001). The residual urine volume, international prostate symptom score and quality of life score had no signiifcant differences between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05); but after surgery those indexes in observation group were signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications between the two groups had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionTransurethral vaporization of prostate has a shorter operation time, postoperative washing time, indwelling urethral catheter time, shorter hospitalization time, less intraoperative bleeding volume, residual urine volume, higher life quality. It is safe and reliable for clinical application and promotion.关键词
