摘要
Abstract
Antiviral therapy of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is of great importance for virus inhibition and the survival of patients, but drug resistance of virus has been recognized as a serious threat to treatment, leading to failure of individual treatment and spreading risk of the drug resistant strains. Thus, drug resistance detection is very necessary. This paper generalizes the latest progress of significance, methods and applicative research of drug resistance to provide clinical and public health references for the further improvement of drug resistance detection and further reduction of occurrence, spreading and prevalence of drug resistance.关键词
