摘要

Abstract

ObjectiveTo optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of polyphenols fromGardenia jasminoides Ellis.Methods The significant factors were selected from the influence factors of concentration of ethanol, particle diameter、the ratio of liquid to material, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic time and extraction times by Placket-Burman experiment, then the central point of response surface was determined by the Steepest ascent experiment, finally the ultrasonic extraction process was optimized by Box-Behnken experiment.ResultsOptimum ultrasonic extraction process was as follows: concentration of ethanol 45%, the ratio of liquid to material 25:1, ultrasonic time 35min, the total yield of polyphenol was 1.857%, close to the predicted value of 1.9%.Conclusion The optimized extraction technology which provided references for the exploitation and utilization ofGardenia jasminoides Ellis was scientific and reasonable.
