Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with Danhong injection in treatment of cerebral insufficiency caused by vertebral-basilar arteriosclerosis.Methods 64 patients with cerebral insufficiency caused by vertebral - basilar arteriosclerosis in our hospital between January 2012 and December 2013 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group32 cases in each group.The two groups received conventional Western treatment,the control group added atorvastatin and flunarizine hydrochloride therapy,the observation group added atorvastatin and Danhong injection therapy on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 100%,significantly higher than the 62.5% in the control group (P<0.05);The maximum flow velocity of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery in observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);Adverse reaction rate of observation group was 3.13%,significantly lower than 12.50% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Danhong injection ind treatment of cerebral insufficiency caused by vertebral-basilar arteriosclerosis can effectively improve the blood supply of the brain,relieve symptoms and improve clinical efficacy,has less adverse reaction, should be widely applied.关键词
